We took delivery of our new van on Thursday 28th July at 1pm and are thrilled with it. When we started the search for the van via Auto Trader there were 8 companies claiming to have what we wanted, the only one of the 8 who actually ADVISED us was The Van Discount Company, we had no idea of EU omissions laws and were advised to purchase the 06, none of the other suppliers told us about this. The contact began via Neil, every question raised he responded instantaneously in depth, all the other companies did not want to communicate via email – because the conversation was in writing. We live in a village where we cannot secure a signal on our phones thus is difficult but you get used to it, thus everything we do is via email. The suppliers delivery chap Mohammed was a credit to his firm, he was polite, professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
