New Ford Transit Custom DCIV LWB Van Deals Available

Available in a SWB (L1) and LWB (L2) version and with the option of a low (H1) roof and a high (H2) roof.

The long wheelbase Ford Transit Custom DCIV is the larger of the two wheelbase models available, giving it a slightly larger payload capacity that the shorter wheelbase version. The DCIV stands for Double Cab in Van, and refers to the additional row of seats that allow the LWB Ford Transit Custom DCIV to carry a team of up to six people, including the driver. The van also has a separate load area, with a full-height metal bulkhead. Access to the rear is provided through a glazed side door, while a fully secured load box keeps tools and equipment safely shielded from view.

The Long Wheelbase Ford Transit DCIV comes in a choice of four trims: Leader, Trend, Trail and Limited. Each version comes with a great range of standard equipment, including Bluetooth capability, a 12-volt connection on the driver’s side, and multiple useful storage compartments in various positions around the cabin.

The 2.0TDCi engine is available with 105ps, 130ps, 170ps and 185ps power outputs, all of which promise low CO² emissions, while offering fuel economy figures of above 40mpg. Certain models of the LWB Ford Transit Custom DCIV are also available with the option of an automatic gearbox.
